On August 13,2019，SPECOⅢ signed EPC contract of 3*50MW Djibouti Coal Fired Power Plant successfully in Shanghai.the project located at east coast of Djibouti in east Africa.the signing means SEPCOⅢ achieves new
exploration goal in oversea market and got another breakthrough in Africa. Up to now, SEPCOⅢ has constructed over 50 projects covering 24 countries and areas and formed sustainable development of "SEPCOⅢ Image".
